Leadership
Brian Engle has built and led dynamic organizations focused on cybersecurity risk management, information security, and threat information sharing. He has served as a Chief
Information Security Officer in Fortune 500 and state government
providing strategic guidance for securing and ensuring privacy within
technology initiatives. Bringing a pragmatic and realistic approach to managing technology risk has been a tenet and fundamental principle for every role throughout his career.
Previous information security roles include Manager of Information Security Assurance for Guaranty Bank and Senior Information Security Analyst for Silicon Laboratories. Brian is a Past President and Lifetime Board of Directors Member of the Information Systems Security Association Capitol of Texas Chapter, is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and is a Certified Information Security Systems Professional and Certified Information Systems Auditor. He holds a B.S. in Management/Computer Information Systems and has led, contributed, and participated in the cybersecurity community for well over a decade.
